Optimize powder pressing, CIP parameters, sintering protocols, and precision diamond grinding workflows for structural zirconia and alumina components to satisfy demanding tolerance requirements.
Ideal Candidate: Degree in Materials Science or Powder Metallurgy; hands-on background in fine ceramic sintering and precision CNC machining.
Industrial Ceramic Equipment R&D Engineer
